Our Parish Council is compromised of a maximum of 9 Board Members who, along with our Parish Pastor Fr. Nicholas Hanna, are responsible for ensuring the governance of the affairs of our Church. The leaders of each official organization of St. Philip also sit on the Board, however, they do not receive voting priveleges. Board Members may serve for a maximum term of 3 years and vacancies are filled by nomination and election annually at our Annual General Meeting of the Members held every December.
